Our story
Cedar Creek Minerals is led by Jacob Swain, a Texas native, veteran, husband, and father of three who has worked in the mineral industry since 2019.

Why Cedar Creek exists
Jacob started Cedar Creek Minerals to give Texas owners a calmer way to talk about mineral rights. Many people inherit minerals, receive an unexpected offer, or find old paperwork and are not sure what it means.
As a veteran, Jacob brings a straightforward approach to the work: say what you mean, do what you say, and treat people with respect. As a father of three, he also understands that mineral decisions can touch family, legacy, and long-term plans.
Since 2019, he has worked with mineral interests and the questions that come with them: value, title, offers, timing, and whether selling makes sense. Cedar Creek keeps those conversations simple and private.
